Fremantle City ended Hyundai NTC’s 100% start to the season and put themselves within striking distance of the top spot following a 2-1 win in Round 6 of the NPLWA – Women’s competition while fefending champions Perth RedStar are finding their groove as Reina Kagami’s hat-trick helped them win 4-1 at Subiaco to extend their unbeaten run to five matches.

NPL Queensland Women's
The top two extended the gap between themselves and the chasing pack with wins in the weekend’s NPL Queensland Women’s Round 12 action.
Lions maintained their position at the top of standings with a 3-1 win over Peninsula Power at Luxury Paints Stadium while Olympic still remains bottom of the ladder despite Sunday’s victory they move to within two points of eighth placed Wanderers in the fight to avoid relegation.
